Don Harris
Director of Asset Management
Don is responsible for day-to-day operations and long-term planning in the areas of real estate asset management, construction and housekeeping services for all Picotte properties. As a licensed New York State Real Estate Broker, he brings over 30 years of real estate experience to Picotte. Don is a graduate of Syracuse University and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He also is a past president of IREM Chapter 93. He currently serves on the board of the Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
