Tim McGuire
Director of Leasing and Marketing
With nearly two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Tim oversees the leasing and marketing of Picotte properties. Previously, Tim was an associate broker for NAI Platform, and has also served as director of leasing for Schuyler Companies. McGuire holds a New York State Associate Broker’s license. He is a member of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors.
