Nancy E. Carey Cassidy
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Nancy began her career at Picotte more than 35 years ago. During her tenure at Picotte, she served as the Director of Development, responsible for all aspects of real estate development, land acquisition, site and building design, municipal approvals, construction and leasing. Nancy currently oversees Picotte’s operations and is responsible for the company’s strategic planning. Nancy holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of New Rochelle and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She serves on the board of directors for both M&T Bank Advisory Board and the Center for Economic Growth.
